A faded rose lies on paper-white, flattened and preserved, its colour softened but not gone. Somebody pressed it because they wanted to keep a day. Pressed Flower is about that impulse: to stop one moment from passing completely, to hold its shape between the pages of an ordinary life, and to find it again, years later, still tender.
