One work, one record
Each work leaves us with a signed certificate of authenticity: a single, permanent record of what the work is and where it came from.
The certificate of authenticity
Each released work is accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity from AvaTayana Studio.
The work is accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity from AvaTayana Studio.
It records
- the title and catalogue number, and its place in the series
- the credit: AvaTayana Studio
- Unique (1/1): no other print of this image will be made
- the medium, in these words: Generative digital artwork created by AvaTayana Studio using AI generative software; archival pigment (giclée) print, unique (1/1).
- the date the image was completed and, separately, the date it was printed, both accurately, once those dates are known
- image size, A4 or smaller
- what you own and what you may do with it
- the studio’s signature
Copyright and display
When you acquire a work, you own the physical print. Copyright in the image remains with KTechnology Solutions Limited, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to display the work privately and publicly, and to use images of it for non-commercial purposes such as insurance, catalogues, resale listings and press about your collection. This licence passes to whoever owns the physical work next.
The licence does not allow reproducing or printing the image, selling copies or merchandise, training AI systems on it, or making derivative works.
The provenance chain
Each work passes from KTechnology Solutions Limited, trading as AvaTayana, directly to its first owner. This is recorded on the certificate and in our records.
