Terms of sale
Sales are to trade buyers (companies) only.
Sales are to companies only. Each work is presented and hand-delivered by us at your premises. A non-refundable deposit of 10% secures the work, refunded in full if the work is not authentic or not as described. The balance must clear at least two working days before delivery, and ownership passes on handover.
A deposit of £4,000 incl. VAT and a balance of £36,000 incl. VAT.
Payment requests are proformas marked 'not a VAT invoice', and the VAT invoice is issued on receipt of each payment.
Payment is by bank transfer only, to the account on our invoice. We will never change our bank details by email.

The work
Each released work is credited to AvaTayana Studio. Generative digital artwork created by AvaTayana Studio using AI generative software; archival pigment (giclée) print, unique (1/1). The size is stated in millimetres and is no larger than A4. It is unique (1/1) and will not be reprinted. It is not a painting and it is not a traditional hand-pulled print. Colour on screen may differ slightly from the print.

Price
A released Chapter One work is £33,333.33 + VAT (£40,000.00 incl. VAT at 20%). Forthcoming works show no price and are not offered for sale. A deposit of £4,000 incl. VAT and a balance of £36,000 incl. VAT. Payment requests are proformas marked 'not a VAT invoice', and the VAT invoice is issued on receipt of each payment. Payment is by bank transfer against a signed invoice in the company's name. Payment is by bank transfer only, to the account on our invoice. We will never change our bank details by email. Viewing, checks and the contract
A request for a private viewing is not a contract. This website does not take a card payment. If the company decides to buy after a viewing, we send a signed invoice in the company's name, together with our full terms. The company pays that invoice by bank transfer from the company's own bank account. The contract is formed when the company's authorised signatory signs our contract and we countersign it. Bank payee details appear on the invoice only. They are not shown on this website. Before paying, please confirm them with our representative in person, or by a small test payment whose receipt we confirm by email from ava@avatayana.com. We never change bank details by email. The contract, the invoice and the payment must all be in the company's name, and the payment must come from the company's own bank account. The work is released only after the final balance has cleared.
Presentation and handover
Each work is presented and handed over in person at your premises by AvaTayana. The work the company inspects at the viewing is the finished, framed work we hand over.
Returns
Sold as inspected, no returns except for a work that is not authentic or does not match its description. We warrant that the work is authentic and that it matches the description given to the company before it agrees to buy. If the work is not authentic, or it does not match that description, the company may return it and we will refund all sums paid, including the deposit.
Title
Title is not excluded. Ownership of, and risk in, the work pass to the buying company together on handover at its premises, and only after the final balance has cleared.
Certificate
You receive a signed certificate of authenticity from AvaTayana Studio. Copyright stays with KTechnology Solutions Limited. You may display the physical work, and use images of it for non-commercial records of your collection. You may not reproduce it or make further prints.
Law
The laws of England and Wales apply.
